• For made-to-order wedding dresses, they are produced to order and will be shipped to you within 12-16 weeks. Tracking information will be emailed to you once the garment is ready to be sent. Please reach out to shop@weddingshewrote.co.nz for expected delivery dates or rush requests for faster deliveries.
• All of our creations are packaged safely with care instructions, a loop and tie for a discreet bustle, and any spare lace left from production.
• Returns: We do not accept returns unless the product is faulty or incorrect. Made-to-order items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. They are not eligible for store credit.
