Our wedding design and planning services have been designed to include everything you want and need to ensure a seamless, stress-free and totally awesome wedding.
We are here for you from start to finish and our services are very hands on. Our budgets are heavy on the design elements, design for us is all about the user experience. It includes everything from location, atmosphere to food to guest experience and of course the decorations.

STEP 1: We design a custom solution for you
Your love story and selected location(s) are unique, so our experienced team will arrange an initial wedding consultation over the phone, video-call or in person as well as complete a site visit(s) to assess your custom-built wedding package, your event design, environment and location. We’ll also look at your current plans (if any) to see if they can be optimised.
STEP 2: We take care of the finer details

STEP 3: Plans are now in action for your dream wedding
Your wedding event will be built to the specifications agreed at Step 1. One of our experienced project managers will oversee the process while skilled technicians will ensure your event is successfully commissioned. We’ll explain how your wedding experience will work and make sure any questions are answered.
STEP 4: Your wedding day!
The most anticipated day of your life has arrived and our dedicated team are prepared to go the extra mile to ensure your dream wedding experience is a successful event. On-the-day coordination ensures the management and direction of your event from set-up until pack-down. The coordination of your wedding party, guests, selected suppliers and entertainment throughout the day/night; and providing suggestions to manage any emergencies or unforeseen circumstances throughout your experience.
STEP 5: After care
Our ongoing support does not end on your wedding day. With each elaborate event there is always something to take care of, even when everything is said and done: returning hired goods, cleaning services, missing or broken items, performance reviews, final invoices (if any), thank you cards and more. We've simplified weddings and optimised the whole process for our clients. With us, you're able to enjoy this special journey and a once-in-a-lifetime moment for even longer!
